I am committed to delivering to my clients the highest level of personal service, professional representation, and technical expertise.
I will never place anything, including my own personal interest, before my absolute loyalty, fidelity, and fiduciary duty to my clients.
I will pursue the highest levels of professional education and technical innovation so that I may best represent my clients.
I will provide the best service possible for every client I represent. I will never tell a client what they want to hear if it is not reality. I will never enter into a client relationship where I know what is expected of me can not be done in good faith. I will never enter into an agreement with a seller who is unrealistic in regards to the proper pricing.
When hired to sell a client’s home, I will always make recommendations that can assist their home’s value or help reduce its marketing time even if it means telling my client things they do not want to hear. I acknowledge that I may periodically lose business because I am truthful with my clients and my competitors will tell them what they want to hear to temporarily get their business. I will always remember that to have a winning relationship for my clients, we must always have a mutual goal.
I will never lose sight that my honesty, loyalty, understanding, accountability and creativity are what make me so very different from the real estate masses. I will always utilize a well trained staff to assist me in the complex home selling process. I will always promote the best interest of the owner, I will obtain the best price for the owner, and I will always disclose to the owner all facts that might influence their decisions.
